Still unable to fetch dependency from maven central

Describe the bug
I cannot fetch your package from maven central due to missing parent pom

To Reproduce
Create any java maven project and add the following dependency

com.github.castorm kafka-connect-http 0.8.11

Expected behavior
The dependency should be downloaded and made available to use in my project

I have seen this issue where you refer to changing the project to a multi module project.

If this is the same problem, is there a reason why this has not been resolved? If maven does not support multi module projects, then maybe it should be reverted?
