Revert https://github.com/capawesome-team/capacitor-plugins/pull/721 because `ZipArchive` is slightly faster and is also used by our `zip` plugin since `ZipArchive` does support password-protected zip files. The prerequisite is that Capacitor 9 sets the minimum iOS deployment target to 16.0.
