Is your proposal related to a problem?
(Yes, from a marketing perspective, I think I can push people to book more of our level checks .)
Describe the solution you'd like
(We use Cal.com for bookings at our English language school, and we would like to suggest a feature that could be very useful for schools, course providers, and other businesses offering appointment slots with limited daily capacity.
We would love to have a function that shows remaining availability on the booking page, for example:
Only 1 spot left today (so even if there are still 4 spots available, the system shows only one)
Only 2 spots left tomorrow
Only 3 spots available (after tomorrow)
For our use case, we often open one hour per day for level checks, divided into four 15-minute slots. On some days, we open one hour and 30 minutes, divided into six 15-minute slots. The system shows only one/two spots available even if there are still all spots available.
A feature like this would help to create a stronger sense of urgency for students who are considering booking.
We have seen similar ideas in other scheduling tools, especially around “remaining spots” or “seat availability,” and we think this would be a very valuable feature in Cal.com as well.
Is this something you already have in development, or something your team might consider adding in the future?
Thank you very much for your time and consideration.)
Describe alternatives you've considered
(I cannot see any other solution)

- If this issue has a

- Your feature ideas are invaluable to us! However, they undergo review to ensure alignment with the product's direction.
