Missing resource for setting up Identity Providers

Hello!

I tried using the provider to set up OIDC for my self-hosted bytebase instance, but found no such resource in documentation.

But I can see that there is an API for this: https://api.bytebase.com/#tag/identityproviderservice

Do you have any plans to add it? I think I could possibly contribute, but I do not have any experience writing providers...
