Improve skills not finding new standard files

Hi,

Apologies is this is obvious, I'm still finding my way around AgentOS.

I created a new standard agent-os/standards/testing/test-running.md next to agent-os/standards/testing/test-writing.md, but when I run /agent-os:improve-skills it doesn't find the new file.

I was under the impression from the docs that this should happen automatically? So either I've misunderstood, or it's a bug in the new skills functionality?

FWIW I used this to add the skill:

mkdir .claude/skills/testing-test-running
touch .claude/skills/testing-test-running/SKILL.md

And then /agent-os:improve-skills and asked it to improve testing-test-running

Did you add the correct frontmatter to the skill? Without it, it won't show in CC

I didn't do it manually, the /agent-os:improve-skills command found the right standard and wrote the skill for me, and included that.
