Upgrade CMake Version

Dear maintainers of nativefiledialog-extended,
first of all, thank you for your work! I am currently using your library as a dependency in one of my projects.

Unfortunately my builds now sometimes fail, depending on which GitHub runners are used to run the build. I saw that you actually have a "Downgrade CMake"-Step in your actions. It would be really nice if you could update your CMake files to be compatible with newer versions of CMake, as this currently inhibits my possibility of using your library in the long run.

That "Downgrade CMake" step is due to #155, on which I explain that it is due to a CMake bug with clang-cl. I couldn't find a way to make that work. If you have found a way, I would be happy to review the PR.

Otherwise, I would recommend that you don't use clang-cl with the broken version of CMake - the way the bug occurs I think it should affect any project with both C and C++ files.
