Copied Campaigns Start and End Dates in the past

Currently when creating a new campaign by copying from an existing one cause the Start and End Date field to be copied too. Sometimes this might not make sense as it could create campaigns with Start & End date in the past.

The aim of raising this issue is to resolve this problematic behavior.
