Kubernetes: add the server to the serverlist only if it's ready

The current implementation add the server too early and doesn't take into account the readiness of the server.

Somewhat fixed in 26e3746 but I'm not happy with the change because the start docker phase isn't the same as the health_status: healthy phase.
