Feature Request: `ix_pass` from `pipe lat_list`

Right now, multipass lord association for tracking elements is difficult to query programmatically from tao. You have to parse the lord tree and handle cases where there are super lords in between and this can be slow when calling from outside tao. It would be great to have an option to directly get ix_pass and potentially the names of lord elements directly in bulk from pipe lat_list. I would imagine this would output ix_ele if the element belongs to a multipass lord and null otherwise.

@electronsandstuff An element can have multiple super lord elements and each of these super lord elements can have a multipass lord. That is, an element can have multiple multipass elements or none at all. lat_list is structured to have a constant number of columns for each output line. So perhaps a new pipe subcommand is warranted. What do you think?
