Disable caching for certain folder

I just installed an LRS on Wordpress and the developer said that the folder it's installed in should not be cached.  Can I disable caching for that folder?

If I need to install another caching plugin to accomplish this, will that plugin override Endurance Page Cache?  I can't manually turn off Endurance Page Cache.
