"Disclaimer: The AMI income levels above are for informational purposes only. Please confirm the applicable income and rent limits for your interested unit with the project's owner or property manager. Projects may have multiple schedules and restrictions that affect project rents and income limits."

The text should translate.

@sarahlazarich Here is what the disclaimer would look like under the Rent table. I still think it's better here because we don't always show the HMI section, but it does feel sort of odd to me to be separate from it. Just wanted to flag so we are aware.
