Editing a Closed Listing with a Retired MSQ Throws an Error

When a listing is closed and has a retired msq associated, it should be able to be edited and saved. Due to the retired msq, saving is failing.

QA:
With a new or existing Active preference that is attached to an active listing.
Set the preference toRetire
Close the listing. Preference should move to retired
Edit and save the closed listing
