Run all open test scripts

Add a button to run all open test scripts.  I think this would be possible, and might be a down and dirty implementation of running a sub-set of tests without having to do any configuration.

My first thought is to add a drop down next to the "Run All" button that would allow you to change it to "Run Open".

This may also be possible in the VSCode extension.
