[BUG] Folder dropdown always closed after login

Steps To Reproduce

After recent update the Folder drop-down in left menu is always closed after I login-in

1. Login to Bitwarden Desktop (Windows / Linux)
2. Scroll down to 'Folders' and there you need to click for it to show list of folders,

Expected Result

Folder drop-down in left menu is always "open" (how it was until recently).
Alternatively there could be option in "preference" settings for it.. something like "On login folder is: Always open / last state / always closed"

Actual Result

Folder drop-down in left menu is always closed after I login-in

Additional Context

With sane "vault lock timeout" this additional click get quite annoying to do every time I unlock my vault
