Steps To Reproduce

1. Go to '...'
2. Click on '....'
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. Click on '...'

Expected Result

BitWarden as stopped auto-fill during website log-ins. This is a new issue that has not ever happened after years of use.
I'm running Windows 11, unmodified, and per all latest updates.
I feel this is a Windows Issue.

Hm, you chose the label for the Bitwarden web app / web vault, but that can't even autofill. So, I guess you're talking about the Bitwarden browser extension?!

Version 145.0.3800.82 (Official build) (64-bit)

... and then, Build Version would mean the version of your Bitwarden browser extension. You can get that when you open the extension and go to Settings --> About --> About Bitwarden --> Copy (then, you can paste it in here).

With the "Fill" button? With the keyboard shortcuts? With the inline autofill menu? Autofill on page load? etc. etc. ?

And do you get any error message when it fails? If yes, what does it say?

Do you have one or two innocuous sites where it fails, so that it could be tried to reproduce?
