"Write Next Story" not finding Figma urls

Description

I've noticed that occasionally Write Next Story will fail to load a figma screen url and fails as a result:

In the logs the corresponding error looks like this:

It's saying the screen analysis files are missing, but the links are valid and lead to Figma files that have open access.

Things that have been tried

• Swapping the Figma token (I switched tokens a couple times but the error keeps persisting)
• Checking for rate limiting errors (doesn't appear to be the problem)

Steps to reproduce

1. Open this epic in Jira
2. Review the shell story and double check the link to the screen is valid
3. Run the manual automation Write Next Story (staging)
4. Check the comment and it should fail.
