This training details how to setup a repeatable (ongoing) product discovery process.

The discovery workflow is a process that looks at:

• Analytics
• Customer feedback
• Competitor research
• User studies

... and synthesizes the quantitative and qualitative data into a picture for the team to think
about and brainstorm.

This process will detail how to:

1. Setup qualitative and quantitative data sources
2. Synthesize the data into a digestable report
3. Facilitate a brainstorming meeting with the product team
4. Setup a continual discovery process to source product ideas
