Feature: Add OVH DNS provider support #1950

Summary
With OVH Cloud now supported as an infrastructure provider, we should add OVH DNS support to allow users to manage DNS records using their OVH account.
Context
Claudie currently supports 6 DNS providers: GCP, AWS, Azure, OCI, Cloudflare, and Hetzner DNS.
Adding OVH DNS would provide a complete OVH experience for users who want to use OVH for both infrastructure and DNS management.
