Discussion on updating "The Sheet"

Today, during final's week, DSUS staff realized that the STANLEY 105 sheet is not loadable by the tool and all previous versions we could find were wonky. 

Is an audit in order? Who can do this? What's the management plan? (which should probably also include a discussion of when/why a class specific room is worthwhile, like I think there's a D8 Pimentel 1 and a 61A RSF)
