composer v2

Hi @benjaminkott ,

I would like to use the configuration installer, but I get an error installing ex. bk2k/config-typo3-stylelint

unzip:  cannot find or open /var/www/html/vendor/composer/tmp-0cecebf565b0066034e7d0fc7017ad21.

    This most likely is due to a custom installer plugin not handling the returned Promise from the downloader

This seems to be a composer v2 issue. Can u fix this? Or point me to the direction how to use it?
