Update mediafile to 0.14.0

I'm running beets using the latest lscr.io docker container (2.6.1) and I noticed that mediafile is not up to date (0.13.0 vs. the latest 0.14.0 version). The latest version adds a few improvements that are important for my library.

Apologies if this is a basic question but how/when does mediafile get updated within beets?
