Quicker feedback for Heroku addon #53
Description
I just installed the addon and I tested it on our staging site. The UI is a little confusing in terms of what the 200 number is actually doing and it seems to be wiping out my Ruby memory ENV settings when I turned it on?
It would be really nice to have immediate feedback that the gem is installed properly and info is being sent back to tune my GC instead of having to wait for it to complete 200 requests.
