Split Grappelli CSS in another file

I would like to see all the Grappelli moved to another file and have this CSS loaded only if Grappelli is activated. The reasons are that right now I am afraid of modifying/cleaning up the pages.css without breaking anything.

I am not sure about it.
If we split and you add new elements to html/js or change position etc it will break either way.
..but I can do it if you really want it.
