I'm willing to help but you need to give me a little more information:

What PHP version are you using?

What are the values being passed in static::attributes($name, $attributes, $errors); ?

I'm getting the same error. I'm using MAMP, which is at PHP 5.2.6. It doesn't look like an error in the values passed, but with the syntax "static::attributes"; might be PHP version issue. (if I comment out that line in form.php I'll get the same error, this time generated by function "select", then by "password", etc.)

Error goes away on apache on os x, PHP 5.3.4. So I'm thinking it was a PHP version thing.
