feature: support XLSX & PPTX #40

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, office documents of .xlsx & .pptx are not supported by rhubarb, limiting what documents can be analyzed.
Describe the solution you'd like
Integrate support for XLSX & PPTX.
For Excel Support:
- Ensure it can handle multiple worksheets
- Should be able to analyze a single worksheet or across multiple worksheets
For PowerPoint:
- Convert slides to images and use image-based analysis.
- Optional flag to include slide notes
