Bug: Resizing Column Overlap #88
Description
When resizing a column whose header cell has a bigger content than its corresponding table cells, an overlap occurs in the head.
Add logic to prevent the resize bar from being dragged past the header cell content.
Invesitgate onMouseMove listener.
