CSS: Add arrows to scroll tables horizontally

Currently when scrolling horizontally in the tables, there is a scrollbar. However, this scrollbar gets stuck on the mouse sometimes and isn't always reliable.

It would be great to add clickable buttons for navigating tables that have many columns.
