Blacklisted plugin

Hello 👋

When I launch a gst-lauch with this plugin I get an 'erroneous pipeline: no element "snapshotfilter"'.

After checking it with gst-inspect it seems that this module is blacklisted because the entry point is not found.
Could not find plugin entry point in "/usr/local/lib/gstreamer-1.0/libsnapshotfilterplugin.so"
