DMN hit policy COLLECT <none> returning empty results

Steps to reproduce the problem:

1. Create the file FireExtinguisher.dmn in the KIE Sandbox.
2. Start the extended services version 10.1.0 in a docker (see second screenshot)
3. Run the decision table with input A

The result is a list of strings with two elements. However, the content of the elements is empty.

Expected behaviour: display the strings that are collected in the decision table - something like this:
[Powder Extinguisher with ABC Powder, Water Extinguisher]

Thank you for reporting the issue, I believe it is an issue of using DMN Runner in table mode. In the form mode I can see the correct outcome

Here I am attaching list of issue related to DMN Runner table mode:

• DMN Runner form results don't handle objects that contain arrays incubator-kie-issues#115 (Probably the same as you have reported?)
• Change DMN Runner table list inputs field to render a nested table incubator-kie-issues#378
• Change DMN Runner table to use one table for inputs and outputs incubator-kie-issues#377
