The alarm plugin is empty

In version 3.4.0, when clicking on alarm instance management, the following error occurs: "The query for alarm plugins is empty. Please check the startup status of the alarm components and confirm that the relevant alarm plugins have been successfully registered. All alarm plugins have been installed. Is there anything else that needs to be configured?"

3.4.0版本，点击告警实例管理的时候报错：查询告警插件为空, 请检查告警组件启动状态并确认相关告警插件已注册成功，所有告警插件都已经安装了，是哪里还需要配置吗？
