Funds stuck in proxy address - Refund Not Working - Unable to read error message

I submitted a transaction to exchange SigRSV for ERG which was confirmed at 2022-08-12 16:07:52. It's been over 12 hours and the ERG has not been sent, nor has the original SigRSV been sent back. I tried to submit a refund through the refund page, but it flashes a quick error that is partially cut-off saying "Could not generate tx, {"error":4... requirement failed: Minimal ERG..."

It would be nice to know what the full error message is, so i can try to resolve it. Otherwise, I have no recourse outside submitting this issue.

Any help on this would be appreciated.

I was able to get the full error message by quickly copying all the text on the page.

I have had the same problem today, 710000 sigma RSV stuck.
I have no idea how to take back my funds.
I already tried to send 0.15 ERG to the proxy address but the refund didn't work and gave me the same message.

I was able to resolve my issue by sending 0.1 ERG to the proxy address and then requesting refund again. This was suggested in the SigmaUSD telegram group. I imagine the amount required may vary based on the network conditions. I believe that you sill get back any ERG that is not needed to complete the refund.
