Describe the enhancement you want to request

Add a dedicated CLI command opencode desktop [path] that opens OpenCode Desktop to a specific local directory via deep link.

Why this helps:

• avoids ambiguity where unknown args are treated as project paths
• gives a clear, discoverable command for opening Desktop from terminal workflows
