[BUG] AD436X designs only allow streaming with all channels enabled

Describe the bug
Using Zed+AD4630-24 DMA only returns with all channels enabled. Cannot enable singleton channels.

To Reproduce

1. Open OSC
2. Enable 1 channel
3. Start capture
4. Observe timeouts

Expected behavior
Individual channels should be configurable for capture
