higress route status address null

现象：使用阿里云nlb作为负载均衡，创建路由后，发现路由的状态地址为空，gateway的service 地址是有的。

使用https://github.com/alibaba/higress/blob/main/helm/core/templates/service.yaml 去除28-30后的yaml创建

遇到了相同的问题, 流量可以正常转发,但是address是空 ,在argocd中同步后,会认为是unhealth状态
