Yutampo DHW feature only allows max temp of 55C, HA UI thermostat allows setting of 60C

Observed behaviour
In the HA UI, the HA thermostat controller provided by this integration allows setting of a Max temperature of 60C. This seems to be the Max that the larger Yutaki units can heat domestic hot water (DHW) to. If setting the thermostat to 60C via the HA UI, it automagically corrects back to 55C after a while. This could lead to misunderstandings by the end user that the Yutampo unit has an issue and could technically support up to 60C which it does not. 55C is the Max for DHW provided by the Yutampo.

Expected behaviour
When this integration is talking to a Yutampo unit via Modbus, the Max temp setting selectable in the HA UI should be 55C.
