Auto-detect and use character specific hotkeys via key file

As a user, I'd like to be able to run Botty without having to define my hotkeys in the params or custom.ini

• Botty hotkey bindings removed from params.ini
• Botty hotkey bindings removed from Config()
• Add key_file to params.ini
• Use saved_games_folder and key_file to read the hotkeys
• Add templates for all character skills
• Detect hotkeys (only) when starting first game
