Add the following text
Yes, you can add links to supplemental resources in multiple formats using the Submit Associated Articles form as long as you have a publicly accessible URL. Although we strongly prefer DOIs, but we will accept other links but reserve the right to exclude material and links we find inappropriate or incompatible ADS.
On the initial form,
- enter your name and contact information
- choose Other from the Relation type drop down menu
- click Preview
When the form expands
- type something descriptive in the Custom Relation Type, such as "iPoster", "presentation slides", "author interview,"...
- type the bibcode of the existing article into the Bibcode field
- type the URL of your supplemental resource in the Related Bibcode, URL or DOI field
- click Preview
- click Submit, if all looks well
Note that these forms do not work if you’re using the basic HTML version of ADS, and occasionally, some users encounter errors when submitting these forms; email us if you run into issues.
