how to only download after specific point on youtube. #14

hello, i wondered if its possible to download only after a certain video.
i have it set up so it downloads my youtube playlist in order and numbers them accordingly. (1, 2, 3 and so on up to almost 600)
so if its possible i would like to only download the new additions to the playlist. so if my playlist ends at video 623 it would only download videos that are coming after that.
now there is another problem. at at some point, some of the videos got taken down, so when i redownloaded it i the numbers shifted so i got all of the numbers double since the downloaded files had more songs. so i renamed and deleted about 200 songs by hand. so it would be perfect if it wouldnt start downloading jsut after the number of the playlist, but also (when the videos are downloaded) start counting from the last number in the files.
so if the last number in the folder is 676 and the last downloaded youtube number is 655 (because deleted vids) then it starts to download at 656 but writes it as 678 in my folder.
