Hi Abhinav, Yes, I am referring to making custom attributes mandatory. To provide more detail, we have created a field called *"Ticket Category - Payment Ops,"* but agents often forget to update it. We need an option to set a field as mandatory (Yes/No) during the creation process. This would ensure that agents are required to fill in the custom attribute before they can save or update the ticket. Thanks, T Ramarajan
