Multi-master georeplicated metadata #30
Description
Georeplication of metadata currently works by routing all writes through a primary location. With our currently workloads this is usually not a problem given that the latency hit is well hidden by the time it takes to write file contents. But we had many discussions (@mcrnic @jleahy-xtx ) on how to move to a multi-master setup which would remove this limitation.
