Problem statement
Currently, the Meetup Tracker list view doesn't display key activity metrics that would help Event Supporters quickly assess meetup group health and activity levels.
Without this information visible in the main listing columns, supporters need to click into individual meetup pages to understand:
- Whether a meetup group is currently active
- How long it's been since their last event
- Whether it's an established group or newly started
This makes it difficult to efficiently identify:
- Inactive groups that may need outreach or support
- Veteran groups with consistent activity
- Groups that have been dormant for extended periods
Proposed solution
Add two new columns to the Meetup Tracker table:
- Last meetup (sortable by date)
- Display the date of the most recent meetup event
- Make this column sortable so supporters can identify groups by recency
- Suggested column header: "Last Meetup" or "Last Event"
- Data source: This information is already captured and displayed on individual meetup posts: "Last meetup on"
- Number of events
- Display the total count of past meetup events
- Suggested column header: "Number of Events" or "Total Events"
- Data source: This information is already captured and displayed on individual meetup posts: "Number of past meetups"
Thanks!
