In the footer of the new [Learn page](https://learn.wordpress.org/) it would be good to have a link to archive of previous newsletters.

Noting that I think an archive template for Posts would need to first be designed, as the newsletters exist as posts.

This is what a single newsletter currently looks like:

We'd probably want to add a single-post.html template with a narrower content width (single pages use 680px). Assume the text would be something 'See previous newsletters'.

@WordPress/meta-design thoughts on adding this, and what a newsletter archive would look like? Similar to the developer blog maybe.
