Clicking on a topic tag should create a search based on that topic #220

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Tags look clickable, but they don't do anything. I'd love it if I could click on a topic tag and then the site would show me speakers on the same topic.
Describe the solution you'd like
- Click on Tag topic
- Search populates with that topic and shows similar speakers
Should have search accept URL params and do a redirect?
