Hey, thanks for sending in a submission!

Visually, you’re on the right track, the aesthetic has potential. I’d recommend adding more block variety though, as the terrain currently feels a bit plain. Consider mixing in blocks like dirt, podzol, or coarse dirt to break up the solid grass and add more texture.

As for gameplay, I do have some concerns:
Based on your screenshots, it looks like players spawn very close to the flag capture zones, which will cause a few issues:

• Defenders have a major advantage, since they can respawn quickly and immediately contest or shut down incoming attackers.

• Offensive players are forced to fight through the enemy spawn to score. While having to push through a challenge is fine, the spawn being right next to the capture zone makes scoring feel unfair and overly difficult.

• You’ve added a resistance effect on spawn, which is usually a good way to prevent spawn killing, but in this setup, it mainly leads to unbalanced fights. Attackers will constantly be at a disadvantage since they’re gonna be forced into combat right near the objective.

I’m not entirely sure how this will play in 1.21 with all its new mechanics, but from a first look, the current layout seems likely to cause frequent stalemates.
