iVerbose only works in primary file

Tested both in my own personal branch and vplanet-main, the iVerbose input option only works if placed in the primary file (vpl.in). If placed elsewhere, then an error is output stating for example

ERROR: Unrecognized option "iVerbose" in star.in

I currently don't have the time to fix it myself, which why I'm posting here as a reminder to everyone.
