Disabling Utility Recipes deletes recipes for stone tools

If you have the Utility Recipes feature deleted, the stone tool recipes are deleted from the game so you can't craft them normally using cobblestone. Enabling them brings the recipes back, along with all the other utility recipes added by the feature.

my bad, I assumed turning the module off would set the relevant variable to false...
