This repository contains a disciplined methodology for AI-assisted software development.

It is not a codebase. It is a set of documents that describe how to work with AI on software projects: architectural constraints, development phases, validation hooks, session governance, and a structured instruction language (PAG).

How to use it:

1. Read the methodology documents
2. Copy claude-setup/ into your project to bootstrap
3. Work with the AI. The methodology teaches itself through practice.
