Describe the bug:
Opened universal updater but it shows no icons and has nothing just wanting to update luma

To Reproduce:

1. Open universal updater

Expected behavior:
Show icons of all apps

First, try just reopening the app. If that fails, try reinstalling the latest version manually and/or deleting sdmc:/3ds/Universal-Updater. This happens when it loads with not properly functioning Wi-Fi connection, theoretically with v3.3.4 should automatically fix this if you just reopen the app with good Wi-Fi, but deleting that folder would fix it if that's not working.

If all that doesn't work, then something isn't working with your Wi-Fi. Note that proxies are not currently supported (#147)
