As a pilot forest point of contact or forest resource specialist, I can find out what my forest's data look like in the seeder file so that I can make sure it's correct and request changes as needed #212

Background
For the MVP, we've manually entered forests data. Forests will want to be able to see what we've entered to make sure it's correct. While we aren't working on an interface that lets them see this until after the MVP (this is issue #211, currently in the icebox), we need a process for making this info available. It could be as simple as exporting a .csv file or downloading and emailing them a pdf. This story should also make sure the pilot forests know what the process is and/or how to request the info - so we may also want to include something about it in the FAQs and/or user help documentation for pilot forests.
