Web Interface for system

1. Finalize all web interface, write javascript for handling all events and form JSON objects 4 passing to microcontroller. For first test all sending must be plugged instead of real data sending.

2. JSON objects for async interacting with microcontroller.

3. Replaced plugs with real async exchange between browser and microcontroller.
